Electikal Sound system is renowned for their outstanding sound quality, featuring custom-built speakers and a unique setup that delivers a mind blowingly powerful sound experience. The bass is so good that it will leave you feeling as if you are right in the middle of the music.

This event is all about celebrating the sound system culture, bringing together the best DJs and MCs to compete in a thrilling clash that will showcase the very best of reggae, dub and drum and bass music.

Be prepare for a night filled with high energy and excitement, as each sound system will battle it out to win over the crowd with their musical skills and talent.

A carefully selected lineup of special guests revealed on the night will deliver the usual blend of high-energy beats and powerful basslines.

Whats going on?

We have invited a selection of Bristol crew’s to come clash it out on the Electrikal Sound System for this years Stokes Croft Sound Clash, with showcase headline hour long sets from Amplify + secret guest MC and Eksman & J Mulla doing a full live showcase and stand alone acapella show, the father son tag team have been shelling down dancing all across the UK – we look forward to seeing this in action!

How will it be judged?

Each brands set will be 30 minutes long, each set will be captured live via video and audio and voted after the event to make it fair a fair game – no matter what time a brand is playing.

Sets will be judged by the public for the winner, based on double, triple and quadruple drops / technicality of blends and overall selections.

What do they win?

A right decent trophy and crowned this years clash champions + headline support set at our next show!

How many speakers are going in?

We are jamming in 12 bins and 12 kicks, for those that have come to our Lakota shows before, you know what to expect.
