Lakota Crew (Bar Staff) – Lakota Nightclub, Bristol

Lakota, one of Bristol’s most iconic nightclubs and event spaces, is a proud UK Real Living Wage Employer. We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable people to join our bar staff team (Lakota Crew). This is a flexible, part-time role working nights and weekends at the heart of Bristol’s nightlife.

About the Role

As part of the Lakota Crew, you’ll deliver high-energy bar service, help create a welcoming atmosphere, and keep the venue running smoothly. This role is perfect for anyone who thrives in a fast-paced nightclub environment and wants to gain experience in the events and music industry.

Requirements

  • Over 18

  • Available Friday and Saturday nights

  • Able to work peak dates such as Halloween and New Year’s Eve

  • Previous bar experience preferred but not essential — full training provided

  • Friendly, reliable, and a strong team player

  • Right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

  • Serve drinks quickly and to a high standard

  • Provide excellent customer service with a welcoming attitude

  • Keep bars stocked, clean, and safe throughout the night

  • Use initiative to support the team during quieter periods (e.g. restocking, cleaning, helping other areas of the venue)

  • Support the wider team by identifying and assisting vulnerable customers where appropriate

  • Assist with venue set up before doors and clear down after closing
