All hail DJ Storm and Flight 🛐

14 Years Of @junglesyndicate is taking place at Lakota this Saturday, and to be honest we are totally honoured to have these two incredible, down to earth female drum and bass pioneers down at the club.

For over 25 years they have been nothing short of an inspiration to anyone and everyone in the music industry. Without their input, passion and of course their incredible music, the drum and bass scene would not be what it is today.

@djflight There is so much we could say about this drum and bass visionary. When you take a look at her consistent contribution to the drum & bass community, it is quite simply breathtaking.

She has dedicated her life to the music by educating people on the history, setting up @EQ50dnb to provide a platform for women, and generally being an inspiration for marginalised people to get into the music as a black female DJ. There is no wonder she was awarded the Outstanding Contribution accolade by @djmag. An all round phenomenal person, and not to mention her incredibly technical DJ skills and selection which she has spent years perfecting.

@djstormdnb - fellow pioneering partner in crime, DJ Storm has equally contributed just as much to the scene and has been regarded as one of the most influential DJs in the scene to this day.

With 30 years behind the decks, she has been present throughout the entire journey of the drum and bass scene and has a plethora of knowledge, which makes her quite the hero! We are so grateful for the work she’s done and the music she’s blessed us with over the years.

As you can see, these two are not to be missed and in summary, we can not wait for Saturday!
